These are the standard transport belts that aganecies use all over the place. Good leather, solid constaction around the "D" ring and hold up well, especially after being broken in. The price is a completely different story. If you are buying these for an agency, this is the best price you are going to find. Keeping in mind, that if you haven't had to re-supply in a few years (5 or more), you are now paying 50% more for them that you did. Other than the price issue, these are great!
