PROPPER Rapid Release 1.5in Cobra Belt
This is a nice stiff duty belt. I wear it daily. I like the quick release buckle. It has a clean look and easy to use. I also have one for wildland fire deployments. One little draw back. The buckle is a little wide and its hard to thread it threw some pants. You would have to remove the small end of the buckle to get it on.
This red dot is so so.

Burris FastFire III Reflex Red Dot Sight
This red dot is so so. Build quality is ok. Has one button to turn on and cycle through the brightness settings. It was kinda annoying because if you missed the setting you wanted you would have to cycle through all the settings. The button was hard to push as well. Don’t know if I had a bad one.

These are the best job shirt you can buy. They don’t fade. They are very durable. Easy to keep clean and will keep you warm. It has a deep radio chest pocket mic tabs on both shoulders. Pen pocket on left sleeve and hand warmers pockets. They do run a little big.

If you are deciding between the two red dots in this price range. This is the one to get. The venom build quality seems a lot nicer. It has two buttons to change brightness. 1 up, 1 down. The field of view is slightly bigger and easier to see. Buy it. You will be happy.
