This is an awesome chassis for hunting. My only complaint is the recoil pad. For a softer shooting caliber it’s probably perfect but for any magnum harder hitting calibers the recoil pad is inadequate. I am shooting a 300 PRC for reference. After sighting it in, I will not be shooting it till I get an upgraded recoil pad.

This item did exactly what I needed it to do. With out this adjustable gas block my 300 blackout would not cycle correctly.

Exactly what my AR build needed. The subs in my blackout just didn’t want to cycle consistently. This fixed it.

Arrived with a cracked lens. Doesn’t affect the viewing but probably does affect the sealing characteristics. Called Vortex and while on the phone got a UPS label emailed to me. Put it in the mail and had a notification that it arrived the next day by noon. Yea that’s right they overnighted it. Amazing customer service.
