I ordered this because it was heavily advertised as an EOTech product, and was very attractively priced. Upon receipt I noticed that it had NO EOTech markings nor had any references to EOTech in its packaging or Manual. How is one to know whether the item is really made by EOTech. And ego-driven or not, its nice to see a product stamped with a high-end maker sitting on your high-end pistol guys! Having said that- this item performs well, is made well, and is very light. The flashlight is only 40 lumens, and certainly not a Surefire that'll fry your victims retina, but is adequate for a pistol. The laser seems adequate also, given that my handgun is not designed to put a spot on a perp at 300 yards. I have not shot my pistol with this item installed yet, so unfortunately I cannot make any comment on durability, or accuracy of the laser.
Pro's: Lightweight yet appears well-made.
Very compact.
Unique activation "rocker" switch used for on-off.
Moderately priced.
Well packaged, and comes with a spare bulb and laser adjustment wrenches.
Light adjusts from wide to spot focusing.
Cons: Advertised as an EoTech product but no info or markings to identify as such.
Fairly complex to operate without ample training.

....virtually any product by Mission First will be an excellent value made of top quality materials. Optics Planet always seems to add to the value of a product by including various discounts allowing even more savings than purchasing at retail prices. In my case I had received an earlier coupon for 10% off. For those of us who choose a foregrip for their firearms, I prefer a shorter version so that I can minimize the weight added to it, and also to insure I add no interference to my bipod. In addition to manufacturing the grip with quality materials, the grip has a convenient storage space that I use for batteries, allen wrenches and myriad other small gizmos. Attachment is simple and very well secured to the picatinny rails of my quad-rail, especially if you secure the attachment device with Loc-Tite or a similar product. In summary, the product is well-made, performs very well, and has a better price than comparable products. Bravo Zulu to Mission First and to Optics Planet.
