This unit is solid. Very happy with it. I read countless reviews before purchasing this and decided to take the gamble. I figured with a 30 day return policy why not. It seems to me that either people that are having issues just don’t really know how to use it or the quality control is hit and miss. I can say with certainty that I got a perfectly functioning Carry Handle that does everything they say it does and does it well.
