My husband got one of these for his birthday. Even though it came with a testing sheet,, we had to test it anyway.. it absolutely does what it says it does.. amazing.. so We ordered 5 guard dog backpacks. 

2 of which are to be given as gifts tomorrow. One of the bags meant to be a gift came without plastic, tags, ballistics resistance test result page, and a broken zipper

I spoke to Roquella Preston in your customer service dept who took care of this issue for me. She was one of the most helpful customer service reps I have spoken to.
She was very professional and courteous and willing to help with this matter. She put me on a brief hold and came back offering a large partial refund. She apologized and wanted to make sure that I was happy with her solution to this issue.
