The Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X 1913 Sub is very light and indeed bright.It will come with a battery and USB cable that I suggest you charge until the red light goes to green.In the mean time you can choose which plastic block to use for the rail ìn my case it was #4 for the Glockn43x It will be straight forward disassembly and assembly using the instructions provided by streamlight.Once my streamlight was properly mounted and choosing what switch to use I screwed the front lens cover off conter clockwise and then placed the battery + posative side in, replaced the lens tightly all the way and then turned light on wow it was bright! Instructions are provided to switch to low power and also strobe light.I purchased this light from opticsplanet.com and I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing this light or other itemes from them.

I chose the front ring site color in yellow for day time use and my eyes pick it up much better for me.The front and rear sites will GLOW and I mean GLOW ! Bright green without sites having. Had any light exposure because they are tritium.These sites are great for low light conditions and total darkness but? I highly recommend to anyone shooting a firearm to have a flash light or gun mounted light to see your target and beyond!
