Geissele Airborne Charging Handle
If you know, you know, and if you don’t, here is what you need to know. Geissele is one of the manufacturers that sets the standard in the AR industry. You can confidently use their products when your safety is on the line.
The Airborne charging handle is a staple for my builds when I don’t just buy a complete upper. It minimizes gas blow back and deflects what may come back from shooting suppressed. The handle is ambidextrous and minimal. The footprint helps prevents snagging when transitioning between the rifle and pistol and vice versa.
The color and quality of the finish is excellent and will last thousands of rounds!

Duty Light
Written on Nov 15, 2025
A great light for the size. I usually carry a compact duty light (Fenix TK28 Tactical), but wanted to give this a try. I was not disappointed!
The only critiques I have are that the buttons on the side near the emitter are kind of lost in the texturing of the housing. That tactile touch just isn’t there to help you turn on the light with easy. I often will just use the button on the rear, but this button is a temporary switch and will need to stay pressed to emit light.
Just my personal preference for my professional use, I would rather the continuous switch start with the brightest light setting and not the dimmest. I use the temporary switch often to get the initial illumination for area or subject identification.
