TruGlo 1x30 Red Dot Sight
I mounted this dot on a Mossberg 835 turkey gun shooting 3.5" shells. sighted in and carried through a successful hunt. Mounted easy and was almost dead on target. adjusted on target easily to 50 yards. shooting the large shells and carrying through the hunt did not knock the dot out or damage it in any way. I found that I liked the dual colors and the circle around the dot. The colors gave me many options in the field depending on the background or lighting. The circle reticle was useful to me in the hunt by helping center the bird while it was moving. Brightness was fine in bright sunshine on the red color. Overall it performed well. I would have rated it a five but I disliked the lens covers due to them being too loose to open easily or stay on.
