So far I have added mag pouches of varying sizes and a shell pouch. Still got room for more and it's holding up well. I'm a slightly bigger than average guy weighing in around 215 lbs. I'm also about 5 foor 8 and I was able to get this vest to fit well. That being said, I have no idea how it's "supposed" to fit me and so I would appreciate some sort of included instruction.
