UTG has always been synonymous with low budget borderline low quality. Well that is not true of this part. It is very well made. The locking levers are probably as low pro as you can get the don't stick out and would be very hard to snag on anything. Adjusting the little cam nuts for the locking levers is a bit finicky but once done it's set. This mount sits right in between their direct bolt on mounts in hight. The medium bolt on is 1.30" to center. This one the high QD is 1.46" to center. And the high bolt on is 1.50" to center. In my opinion this offers the best height for cheek weld and eye position.(For me anyway) Also this is the perfect height to clear Magpul Gen3 Mbus Sights. I plan on getting their QD rings with same locking lever for my Ruger GSR in the future.
