Having used literally hundreds of IWB holsters (primarily with 1911's)I was skeptical of another kydex IWB. I loved my Milt Sparks summer special for the 1911. But, because of a contract in the Middle East, I had to switch to a Glock 19 for carry. I tried several other IWB holsters both leather and kydex. None were optimal. Some held the pistol tool low making the draw very slow and akward, others didn't hold the pistol securely and still others caused physical discomfort. I was concerned about comfort with a holster this size, particularly because kydex doesn't flex well. My concerns were misplaced. This is an excellent holster. It holds the pistol high enough that drawing is not hampered, the belt clips fit nicely over my rigger's belt, the pistol is very secure in the holster even at the lightest tension setting and it is more than comfortable enough to wear all day heat or cold. I would highly recommend this holster to anyone looking for a good IWB.
