dirty brass, confused if i just have bad luck on this sight or its just me

Bought a 1000 rounds showed up promptly and timely. Went to go shoot come to find out they came in a big plastic bag. Shells were dirty, some dented so I don’t if they are reloads or what. Shot out of Daniel defense guns. Four different ones. All had problems at some point with ejecting, jamming so forth. Never buying ammo again from this certain place. Went to wideners very happy and satisfied

Bought in January little frustrated for the price would go another route next time. As far as pros functions are easy to use, configuring is simple, sighting is easy. Cons digital zoom gets super blurry and touchy, no consistency whatsoever. A huge con is battery life these things will die in a hour or a little over on recording mode. For some reason I got sent a used one or demoed. Could tell the case had wear and tear and some minor things on the scope. Just used three times the past couple months coyote hunting died mid hunt everytime. And when you go to watch the recording comes up as corrupt file. Reached out never heard anything from optic.com. Moral of story is not really happy especially for the price tag.
