As good as i gets! small, light, durable, and easy to adjust. While it might be overkill on a .22, less expensive red dots are not reliable on larger caliber applications.
A bit pricey, and really, they could print an instruction sheet and not gone broke, but it is a first rate sight.

Light weight does not affect the felt balance of the gun. perfect fit, the threads match up and screw in just like factory chokes ( better than some after-market chokes I have that cost much more). Patterns are exactly correct, indistinguishable from my Browning Midas chokes.
