Pros:
First, the design allows for the threaded barrel to fit into the gun so that you do not have to remove the thread protector to remove the barrel.
The barrel is well finished and fit right into several different slides.

The thread protector does not come with a rubber ring as most do, so I will have to double-check how well it stays on.

Possible con:
9mm can be tricky. I have two difference cartridge gauges to measure for sammi spec rounds. This barrel claims to be SAMMI spec, but some of the loads that measured fine were a little too long to allow the action to close. (I have had this problem with a couple other barrels that bragged about being more accurate.) What I notice is that the throat in the barrel is not quite long enough to allow for all bullet types. So the barrels are great for target use, but you will have to check to see if your preferred loads will fit in this barrel.
