Better than stock grip panels.

Review for
Hogue Rex Zero 1 Grip
I purchased Hogue's 92127 for my Rex Zero 1 because the stock grips were almost slick and cheap plastic looking (they are.). The new Hogue grips are grey/black/tan D'mascus Piranha textured. While the fit and finish of the new grips are perfect, 2 things were a surprise to me. 1) The grips are flat panel with NO palm swell or relief to the magazine release button. The grip contour is akin to a Browning Hi Power stock grip.
2) The D'mascus layers are very uniform and afford a positive grip when drawing the weapon, but the colors appear to me (and others at the range) to be VERY faded and weathered. The black and grey layers appear grey and silver.
As these grips are very functional for my duty weapon, the two points I mention are minor. Overall, I recommend these grips.

Lyman Turret Press
Written on Feb 13, 2021
In this time of uncertainty, and "out of stock" items, I was happy to buy this press. Heavy duty and easy to use, it will last a long time.
Cast iron construction is heavy enough for the largest calibers. 2 complete sets of dies can be stored on the turret.
