Disappointing in quality and size

Written on May 08, 2024

This holster was disappointing. I had not expected it to be different from other shoulder holsters because I did not carefully study everything about it. That's my fault. But there are also legit reasons not to buy, other than my lack of attention.

First of all, it says it holds full-size guns, but it did not fit my Glock 19, and I had to alter the holster. The shoulder and holster fabric padding are thin to the point of obvious cheapness. Ad says it's ambidextrous but that's not strictly true. For left-handers, the permanent positioning of straps causes more outward lean instead of hugging the gun close to you like it does for right-handers.

What is my fault: I also did not like the way the holster holds the gun butt-up-muzzle-down instead of level, so I spent several hours repositioning and hand-sewing the straps the way I wanted it, the way several holsters in OP are designed so watch out for that. Examine every shoulder holster to ensure it's holding your pistol the way you want it to be held. I'm scoring this product 3 stars because I did make a mistake in not studying it enough. But for quality of product, I'd give it two stars. Spend a little more, study a little more and get a better product.
