I bought one of these handguards a few years ago and since then I've replaced all my handguards with MI G3 MLOK series. Installation is a breeze and doens't require barrel-nut timing. The rail is so light and snag-free and I appreciate the built-in non-rotational QD sockets. I like my rails to be slick and simple and not a junk drawer of blocky mounts for this-and-that. I highly recommend giving the G3 MLOK series a shot. Midwest Industries has really been cranking out some solid well thought-out products.

Solid Magpul quality. Doesn't hug the rail as close as I'd like but for the money I can't complain. I really dig the MLok system a lot more than I was expecting and the weight-savings are huge. I always appreciate Magpul's innovation and I never feel like they're breaking my bank.
