As expected for the price, but the customer service is beyond bad.

The image quality is pretty rough, but what do you expect for the price. Built solid, easy to use, and holds zero. However, it is billed as a short range system yet the scope mount mine arrived with is for a 50mm scope. Mine also arrived without the rubber shims. I contacted customer service who responded a couple of weeks later and told me that I could shim that mount down to 30mm (I was trying to mount it to a 30mm straight walled scope). Soooo a good 1/2 of rubber shims? Riiight. I asked if they would trade me for the correct mount, and I also asked about the shims since my thermal arrived without them. Not kidding: a month later they responded and told me they would ship me the shims (didn't bother to answer my other question). That was a couple of months ago, still haven't gotten the shims.
