Poor quality where it counts. Instuction booklet has no information. Battery compartment was difficult to find and open and is held closed by little tiny junk plastic tabs that broke immediately. Wont stay closed. The batteries wont stay in. Useless to me at this point seriously no good for anything. I tried to return but the website wont even give me the option they claim it is restricted. No idea why or what that means. I ordered two pairs and am now stuck with useless headsets. Save yourself a huge headache and buy some other ones.
