My first crush washer, First time putting on Muzzle device

Written on May 10, 2023

I bought this to time my Birdcage properly. I put a standard birdcage on my .300 blk and this absolutely worked perfectly. I didn't even need a vice. It crushed down to the perfect timing needed.

Timing = Making sure the muzzle device is in the proper position. You most definitely need this to time your devices.

Perfect handle

Written on Aug 15, 2022

This charging handle is perfect.

The Breach is not over engineered with gimmicks like some other high-end handles. It's simple, smooth and works. The handles are a good size for grabbing. I put it on a 9" build and have no problems with it whatsoever.

The only 1:16 twist Barrel I could find

Written on Aug 15, 2022

So far so good. 300 rounds through it.

I bought this barrel because I shoot lightweight rounds with high velocity. This barrel is super accurate and consistent with those loads. 90grn - 115 grn. 1500 fps - 1200 fps. It's one of the only 1:16 twist barrels I have found. The bullets i've tried are the Lehigh defense Xtreme defender (Underwood 90gr +p), Hornady Critical Duty, ARX polymer, and the 115 gran Federal and Winchester. All seemed accuracy as good or better than the OEM barrel. It fit right in my P320 X Full.

The only downsides are the crown at the edge of the barrel, it could be finished better, the barrel coating is average the smiley face appears like a Glock barrel. For the price, though, I can't complain the metal and quality used are up to par with 200+ dollar barrels.

My P320 build: X-full slide, 15# 1911 spring and guide rod, Apex tactical trigger, Polymer 80 Ptex320 lower.

This thing blew gases everywhere.

Written on Aug 11, 2022

Shot 300 rounds through it. I did notice a little bit softer recoil and it was fun to shoot. Well, it would have been to shoot if fireballs weren't flying in my face and carbon shooting everywhere. Completely caked my X300 and my Acro in carbon. The gases from this literally blow everywhere. I had a P320 full size, so your mileage may vary with the gun used.

I recommend just getting a single port vertical comp. They may be bigger, but this was a waste. Not sure I can return it after 300 rounds...

After 3 grip modules, this was the best.

Written on Aug 11, 2022

I tried 3 different grip modules before buying the Polymer 80 and let me say, this blows them away. Before the P80 I tried the X grip (m) (L) and the Wilson Combat grip (with weights). My gun tended to bounce around and I couldn’t get a comfortable grip. The grips were too round and too small. The palm of my left hand had no traction whatsoever. Today: I put 300 rounds through with the Ptex320 the gun did not budge. I was able to rapid fire, double tap and hit triples so much easier than I ever could with the other grips. The only downside is the frame fitting isn’t as tight as the WC. For the improvement in shooting it’s worth the trade. X300 U also fit loose on the pic rails but I put a single piece of tape on the rail and it’s tight as a glove even after 300 rnds in one session.

Update* The front post will Cowitness with the Acro

Written on Aug 03, 2022

This is an update on my previous review.

The rear sights do not Cowitness with the Acro however, They sit just below the rear optic glass which is still an improvement over the standard height sights. It allows you to center the dot easier and acquire targets faster.

Now the front sight will actually Cowitness perfectly. The sight dot sets right below the Red dot. The orange is much better than the other colors because it doesn't distract you as much as the other colors yet the orange still gives it separation of color.

I wish we could add photos, I could show you guys the sight picture it basically looks like this.

Red dot .
Front post .
Acro I_I
Rear sight . .

Won’t co-witness with Acro, otherwise great sights!

Written on Aug 03, 2022

Sights are good quality, Durable, and I do like their bubble design. The Orange looks clean during the day. At night, the green glow is what you expect. They won’t be tall enough to cowitness with an Acro, but not many sights will.
