The OpticsPlanet gun cleaning mat alone made it worth the price. As for the rest of it - meh. Lots of Sig Sauer stuff - pins, pens, etc., and I guess I'd be tickled to have it- if I owned a Sig. I'll give it to my brother, who does. Lots of decals for companies whose gear I don't own, too. BTW, does anyone want an Armalaser polo shirt in size "Medium"? I haven't worn a Size "M" for at least 40 years.
It appears to be a well-made handguard but it didn't fit my Chinese-made AK-47 and I had to send it back. The AK may be the most-produced rifle in history but they're not all alike. This handguard fit fine on the bottom but the top fell afoul of the sights.
I confess to being a gadget hound who is always on the lookout for handy tools and just plain "widgets". I'm somewhat inclined to consider this more of the latter instead of the former, as it's a bit of a stretch to call something which has limited usefulness a "multi-tool". Life Gear makes an M2 version of this tool for a few dollars more which is much more versatile.
Boker enjoys a reputation for being well-made knives. Maybe it was just my luck to get one that got screwed up, but that's exactly what I got. It appears that the blade lock was improperly manufactured as it is too long to engage the rear of the blade assembly, making it impossible to lock the blade open. Rather than return the knife I am awaiting delivery of some diamond-tipped Dremel burring tools to grind down the back end of the blade the very slight amount it will take to give the lock the space it needs to engage properly.
This multi-tool has every small tool you will find on similar products which cost a lot more with the addition of something most don't have - a small but surprisingly bright light. The only thing which would have made it better would have been if it had included a pouch, a omission easily remedied.
I don't know what sort of AK-47 this handguard fits, but it didn't come even NEAR to fitting my Chinese-made AK. The bottom of the rail was okay but it was too long by a considerable margin on top to clear the sight. Buy it if you wish, but please do it in the knowledge that it's not always going to fit your AK.
