Very bad experience with item

I ordered this item and received a model which had impaired power capabilities (reticle disappearing after battery was at half power) and exchanged it only to receive a model which had the same problems. I later took this model out into a light rain and it stopped working the next day. The item says it is "water resistant" but this is in fact meaningless. In light rain after only a couple of rain drops I had a scope that does not even show a thermal image anymore. I am currently trying to get my funds back for the defective item and the company is fighting me every step of the way.

Superior Product

I've been lucky enough to use both the 336 and 640 version of this scope, and the difference is like day and night when it comes to resolution. The resolution for the 640 version approximates 20/20 vision, whereas the other scope is similar to being very nearsighted.
