Comes as advertised and works well. I have only used it for light duty far (no serious patrolling yet) but it is comfortable and easy to adjust. All of the hardware is good quality and is easy to operate.
I've only used this carrier a few times so far but it is easy to adjust and comfortable even with the plates in. I plan on using for light duty vs daily wear or doorkicker stuff. It will certainly work for what I need to do.
