In My Own Words:

I am an Air Force LtCol and retired in 2014 after 27 year of military service. I deployed to Afghanistan twice and Iraq once. I OCONUS missions all over the world, most of them classified. During the first 20 years of military service I was also an asset for the CIA and wrote a book about what I did called, The Unassuming Spy available on Amazon. My military specialty was a subject matter expert in chemical and biological weapons agents and emerging infectious diseases. I was on laboratory inspection teams from DTRA in Ukraine and Azerbaijan. I was wounded twice in Afghanistan and eventually MEDEVACd to Ramstein AFB, Germany where I spent a month in recovery. After retiring I did some independent research for a friend. I used to be a musician before getting graduate degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry. My current hobbies are rebuilding vintage military rifles and making knives and swords. I am an avid premium cigar smoker. I speak German, Spanish, Turkish, Dutch and Russian.
