I use these lights on all my pistols. They work and when they don't, Streamlight will fix or replace for free. That has been my experience. Price is creating up on these unfortunately. But, the competition is much more expensive IMHO.

For those out there who really do not like the aesthetics or functional limitations of the Galil ACE 7.62X39, the KNS Plastic Delete Kit is for you! As an AK platform fan, I have many types of AK magazines and expect to be able to use them on all AK platform rifles. Yes, the Galil ACE is an AK platform. However, it does not all for the use of many AK magazines due to the needless plastic shroud around the magazine well. I tried cutting/modifying the plastic around the shroud which did allow for some additional magazine use but still presented with some limitations. I finally went for the KNS and it solved all compatibility issues. Additionally, the full removal of the plastic shroud revealed a much more militarized version of the Galil which is now functional with all accessories. Added a Midwest Industries handguard and a Lantac Dragon muzzle brake to come up with a really fantastic, perhaps the ultimate, AK platform in 7.62X39.
Buy it, you will like it and won't look back to the plastic design flaw of the Galil ACE.
One design recommendation I would make to KNS is that they incorporate the anchor plate into the original hand grip anchor plate and bolt. This would sandwich the KNS between the rifle and grip for a super strong attachment.

GG&G does it again.
Years ago I purchased a GG&G QD mount for my Eotech 512. This has been a fantastic, rock-solid mount for more than a decade. Recently purchased the ACOG I wanted for about 12 years and decided to get a QD mount so I could easily switch from scope to red dot. When the GG&G QD mount came in, I was again impressed with the quality and consistency of the product. Easy mount and perfect fit out of the box.
Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

This product is high quality and provides substantial protection for the MRO. Installation is tedious and one may be tempted to think they will damage the product while installing due to the pressure one must assert to get it fit properly. Do not worry, product will fit like a glove with the proper encouragement. Unlike some rubber/plastic covers, this plastic cover will not soften when exposed to warm water. submersing in warm water often will soften a product like this and allow it to be easily installed, not the case here. Push through the difficulty of installing and appreciate the product, it works.

OP shipped me the Rock & Lock version of this mount that is one solid piece and lacks the tightening bar. This makes the mount loose regardless of how much one tightens the screw. I am going to have to return this. Do not purchase.

I really wanted to like this mount as it came with my MRO from OP. However, the mount did not come with installation instructions or provide tolerances for screws (i.e torch in Inch pounds). The mount required the user to take it apart without a diagram that caused me to spill screws and springs out without having a diagram to follow for assembly. This is poor planning from KDG. I did get it together and installed. But, using 15 to 18 inch/pounds of torch, I rounded out the Allen heads on two screws that came with the kit. Poor planning with no directions or diagram and soft screws. This is a NoGo, do not buy. Trijicon should not sell their superior products with KDG as a package as it is not good for their image. Yes on Trijicon, No on KDG.

TangoDown Battlegrip needs to have some arch added to the spine in order to support the hand and prevent crowding the trigger well. I chose the TangoDown because it resembled the US Palm AK grip I have two of. This is not the same and should not be confused with same feel or satisfaction.

To all of those shooters out there whishing to install a magpul SL handguard on their mid-length rifle, it can be done! As always, the manufacturers dissuade anyone from modifying their products but this application provides for two options. One must either purchase a round cap for their mid-length rifle and have the skills and punch set to remove the A2 gas block and front sight. Then remove the triangle cap and reinstall a new round cap followed by gas block and sight. All of the pinning must be basically perfect and straight. This is not complicated for the shooter that is handy with tools and used to performing more than the standard field strip. Perhaps if one is regularly building AR and AK rifles, this will be easy. However, I took a different approach even though I am used to taking a vile and/or Dremel tool to basically any gun if it will make it better or teach me something. I took my Bushmaster Mid-length rifle (my favorite) which was factory equipped with a Magpul MOE Mid-length handguard. This rifle is excellent and eats whatever ammo you chamber. However, it lacked front handguard real-estate in my opinion. I wanted to change it for years and almost did in 2016 when many blogs and discussions claimed that the triangle cap was incompatible with mid-length rifles. I finally realized that this could not be too hard and decided to put my skills to work and challenged myself to purchase the Magpul SL Mid-Length front handguard for my triangle capped Mid-l

I run the Hogue AK grip on three of my AKs. Can't seem to find another brand or style that is more comfortable or better quality. The grip feels great in hot or cold weather and fits medium to large hands very well. Some sanding can reduce or remove the finger grooves if desired.

Purchased this product and received it along with a screw that had a production flaw. Optics Planet customer service was great and replaced the entire product without requiring me to send the original. Great sling attachment!
