There are a few lowers that have a tension screw hole to ensure you upper does not 'rattle' against the lower. Mine didn't come with one, so a bit of research I came across this one. Works great and does what it is supposed to.

Not much to say about this bullet. I have an 8.5 in barrel (unsurpressed), so shooting these are definately loud. However, they are very accurate, and feed well into my 300Blk AR 15. I recommend a couple boxes of these for your setup!

No twang, softens recoil

This nice little spring will give you a easier and more consistent charging action, and gets rid of the twang during shooting. I will say this spring is a bit more difficult to put into the carbine buffer tube. It takes a bit more work to get it in there, but once there it works well.

Not much to say...it is a nice looking buffer...I got an H1 weight and it seems to work well. Purchased it with a flat spring, which seems to be a good combination. With a flat spring there is little 'twang' and works well.
