Missing Parts

I ordered this for my Glock 19. It took a long time for this item to get shipped. When I finally received the item half of the holster was missing. When I contacted the customer support the item on hold was lengthy. They are going to ship the other part but who knows how long I will have to wait.

Sniper 2 Piece Drop In Quad Rail Handguards
I tried this on both of my optics ready AR’s. The length was just about right for carbine, but after all was together the picatiny rail was off about 1/8 to 1/16 of an inch. After it didn’t line up on my M&P 15 I tried it on my Anderson AR15 same issue. I couldn’t get the picatiny rail to line up perfectly.
