I really like the MK16 Rail for a number of reasons. It's very lightweight and comfortable in the hand. The machining is very good, as expected from Geissele. The more recent anodizing is a golden brown if anyone cares about that. I also like the upgraded Steel QD Mount and how they now retain the two castle nut screws. The rail is super solid and holds zero.

I purchased a VLTOR A5 Extended Buffer Tube and A5H2 Buffer (with a Geissele Super 42 Rifle Length Braided Spring and Forward Controls Design Extended Castle Nut) for a 14.5" Pin & Weld Barrel with a Mid-length Gas System and it runs FLAWLESSLY. It's some of the most comfortable shooting I've ever done. I highly recommend the A5 System; it feels super solid and has reduced any B"Bolt Bounce". The only problem with the A5 Buffer Tube is that it does not lock many Stocks is the "#1 Position" due to its overall length, I dont really care about that but some OCD's will,

I have a clone correct URGI (14.5" Barrel + 13.5" MK16 Rail); however, I recently purchased a Geissele Chrome Lined "Button" Barrel (5.56) that is 16.25" long. This barrel has a proprietary gas tube somewhere between a Mid-Length and a Rifle Length Gas System. Anyway, I decided to get the 15" MK16 Rail (DDC) because they're lighter weight and very comfortable. Really well made product but you doo pay for it. Never had any complaints with Geissele Products

I was looking for a case for a 1960's M1 Garand National Match (Type II) and this fits the rifle perfectly (length and width). There's still a little room inn the case for the Bayonet to fit. There's actually too much foam; gotta take some out to customize it. Overall, it's a quality case. Pelican is great quality; however, some people say you should store a rifle in them for long periods of time because the foam can hold moisture. I definitely would recommend the case but I would wait for them to go on sale.

I prefer to stick with Sig Sauer products instead of aftermarket parts. I actually like the Nitride Barrel better than the TiN; the TiN finish was not very good IMHO. The barrel is a quality barrel and should function as designed.

If you're like me and had a Scout Light but are now upgrading everything for IR purposes, this Bezel is a must. Most night vision Aiming Systems have horrible IR lights to accompany them, and this much needed assistance.

For anyone building their own AR-15, this is the best Castle Nut on the market. Great fit and finish. The ratchet system is a must. When torqued properly, I've never had any issues with it, They've never come loose.

I have tried almost all the different Bolt Catch/Release and this one is my favorite. I find the Geissele has some play in it and have heard they can break or damage. I like that this one comes with a roll pin too.

I put these one all of my rifles if I take off the factory staked Castle Nut. PWS is a great quality and great finish. For anyone building their own AR platforms, this is a must have.

I really wanted one for one of these for a USMC M4 Clone build. It's really cool. Very clear sight picture. I dig it. If I had another project, I'd probably get it again. Now I want to pair it with a 1X RMR that mounts on top. Ugh.
