Typical Boyt Bag

I purchased this bag as the name says, primarily for sporting clays. I was tired of carrying a large box of ammo with a small bag as well. I have used Boyt products for years so I knew it would be well made. The size is really just perfect. It will hold 9 boxes of 12 gauge shells in the main compartment comfortably; 3 rows of 3. This leaves room in the ends for hearing protection, choke tubes, a water bottle. etc. There is enough room over the shells for most glasses. It looks rugged. I did not want a $500 leather bag with no real function and too much fluff. The color is somewhat stonewashed in appearance and quite nice. It is not as "green" as the shell bags they made some time in years past. This looks like more of a military green. It is very well made and I expect to use it for a long time to come.
