Upper shipped quick, about 3 days.Fit and finish was nice, attached to a mil spec lower without any wobble. My only complaint is the hand guard extends past the barrel threads, so mounting my suppressor is going to be an issue :/.... otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

Normally I don't leave a review unless I'm super impressed, and after this past weekend at the range I have to say I am super impressed with this product. Jacob Grey created a high quality 7.62x39 AR upper with everything in mind. The price is a little higher than other manufacturers, but you get what you pay for "buy once, cry once". I tested 10 different brands of ammo at the range. Average MOA was 1.5 @ 100yrds. Best group was .9!!! Seriously, .9 MOA with a 7.62x39 I could cover the group with my thumbnail. My Ruger American Ranch in 7.62x39 can't even do that. No feed issues, no gas issues, no failure to fire issues... the gun ran flawless! Also I'd like to point out that Jacob Grey manufacturers these with widened feed ramps so the 7.62x39 has no problem chambering. No Regrets with this purchase :)

Unboxing review: Items were packaged properly and securely. There was no excessive packing grease, YAY! All parts were in good condition including the bolt and bolt carrier. The bore of the barrel was clean and the grooves looked flawless to the naked eye. Only negative complaint I have is that the handguard was off center when the manufacture assembled it. I loosened the hand guard screws and took the hand guard off to re-center it in proper position. You may have to wiggle and work the hand guard into proper position with the use of some standardized tools.... a flat head screw driver and a small file to clean up some of the burrs on the inside of the hand guard... pretty simple stuff if you come from the AK community haha. Within a few minutes I had the hand guard back on and secured back into proper position. One more thing to mention, the BARREL!! Idk if it's standard for 18" barrels to be so thick, but this barrel is thick... its not one of those pencil thin barrels you get with your standard AR platform.
