Great pins
Written on Dec 02, 2020
This pins install easily and stay in place. There is nothing more annoying than AR pins walking their way out. You won’t have to worry about that with these pins. I will be buying more to replace the stock pins in my other AR platform rifles.
OK night sights
Written on Apr 27, 2019
These sights seem well built. I purchased them to go on a Glock 19 of mine. I have another Glock 19 with the Glock installed night sights and a Sig 365 that also has factory installed night sights. Both of these seem to be much brighter than the ones I just got from AmeriGlo.. However, those sights are considerably more expensive. These sights do glow but it just doesn't seem as bright. During daytime use the orange outline of the front post sticks out very well. I would recommend these for anyone looking to get an entry set of Tritium sights.

Good value in a lower parts kit.

Review for
CMMG, Inc MK3 Lower Parts Kit
Picked this kit up to finish my 308 build. It installs as it should with no problems. Quality and workmanship seems to be good. As you can imagine there is not great deal of difficultly in manufacturing the components of a lower kit so many of them are pretty equal in their quality. I chose this one because of price/value. I have other components from CMMG and haven’t had any problems.

Great scope mount

Review for
Aero Precision Ultralight 30mm Scope Mount
I have several of these mounts and have never had a single problem with any of them. When you take into account price, they are an awesome value. They mount easily and stay tight with a little bit of properly applied Loctite.

Great turkey choke.
Written on Apr 07, 2019
I purchased this choke for my son’s Remington 870 20 gauge. He is young and still a little small for a 12 gauge so he uses the 20 gauge for turkeys. With this choke, it is difficult to find the advantages of carrying a 12 gauge over a 20 gauge. I have been very impressed with how this choke patterns. I would certainly recommend this to someone looking to take a 20 gauge into the field for turkeys.

Great value in a scope.
Written on Apr 02, 2019
This is the first Sig scope I have purchased but it won’t be the last. Great glass and it seems to be very well built. I have have many different models Leupold and Vortex scopes and this Sig is every bit as good. You can’t go wrong with the lifetime warranty either.

Great quality mounts
Written on Feb 16, 2019
I’ve never used Talley mounts until I bought this set. They were recommended by Kimber and the fit was perfect on my new Kimber Model 84 in 270 Win. They mated up with the action well very securely hold my Vortex scope in place and on zero.
Great value buffer tube

I am always pleased with the quality of Strike Industries products. This is no exception. Great finish and looks great. Installed on a 6.5 Grendel build I recently completed. I will certainly be buying more from Strike Industries and Optics Planet.

Great trigger.

Review for
Geissele 2 Stage Trigger
I have several Geissele G2S triggers installed on various AR’s. You don’t realize how bad a stock trigger is until you try a Geissele. For the price, I think they are the best triggers out there. I always recommend their triggers to anyone who asks.

Excellent sight for the money

Review for
SightMark Ultra Shot M-Spec LQD
This is a great sight when you consider what you get and the price. It isn’t the the best but it works well and holds zero. I can’t give it 5 stars because I doubt its claim to be built to military specs.
