Unable to adjust elevation or windage

Title says most of it. Out of the box, found no lens covers. Mounted it. Couldn't get the elevation or windage to move point of impact. Call to Weaver. That was pretty useless. No one available in tech support. We'll take a message. Never heard back, but by then I had already made up my mind to return to Optics Planet.

My wife bought me a spotting scope for Christmas for my pistol box. It was way too big. Called Optic Planet and explained the reason for the exchange. They were easy to work with. After explaining what I wanted, they gave me a couple of options and recommended this scope. So far, the scope does what I want it to do. I can easily pick out the .22 holes. The angle eyepiece is perfect. My only complaint is the barrel of the scope is too big to stow easily in my pistol box.

Ultradot Matchdot II 1x30mm Reflex Dot Sight
This is my go to sight for Bullseye. As I got older, I found it difficult to use open sights. I started with the Matchdot, but upgraded to the Matchdot 2 because I like the choice or dots better than the original. I Love the selection of dot and dot size. I also like the ability to change elevation without having to remove a cap. A bit bigger than the Matchdot, the size is the only drawback. All the tools and rings included to make installation easy on your base. I highly recommend.
