The orange TUFF Products 'QuickStrips' are perfect for carrying extra ammo while identifying Magnum loads from Special (standard) loads. I use black 'QuickStrips' for .38 and .44 Special cartridges. Additionally, .357 and .44 Magnum cartridges are carried on orange 'QuickStrips.'

The orange 6-round QuickStrips are perfect for positive identification of cartridges when carrying extra ammo for multiple load revolvers. Ex: A .327 revolver chambers the .327 Federal Magnum, .32 H&R Magnum, .32 S&W Long, .32 S&W (short), and as a last resort, .32 ACP. So, I use the orange QuickStrips for .327 Federal Magnum and .32 H&R Magnum. While for older revolvers chambered in .32 caliber, the .32 S&W Long and .32 S&W (short) are carried on black QuickStrips.

If serious about training newbies in safe handling of firearms, or in practicing skills grown rusty from days gone by, do it with a weighted version of a Ring's BlueGuns. This is my second such training aid; and I'll most likely add a third soon. As anyone who has ever trained a newbie to safely handle firearms will admit... you'd rather have a BlueGun periodically dropped than any of your authentic vintage handguns. Thank you Optics Planet!

I have never warmed up to nylon, and in my humble opinion, plastic should not come in direct contact with fine handguns. So, if you prefer a hip / cross-draw holster made of finely crafted, molded to fit, tanned leather for your Colt 4" Anaconda, this is it.

Over the last thirty-six years I have owned HKS Speedloaders for everything from S&W 'K' frame, 'L' frame, and 'N' frame revolvers. A big plus is they also fit Ruger revolvers with similar size frames. So, I wasn't surprised when these HKS Speedloaders purchased for my first Colt Python (size "PYA') work just as well as all the others. Great product!

This Safariland 51 Garrison Belt, Brown, Square Buckle, 1.75" wide is a very nice man's dress belt IF your belt loops are wide enough. Also, someone omitted the word "CORDOVA" (as included on the manufacturer's tag) from the product description on this website. As such, I wasn't expecting such a dark brown belt. Finally, I'm having a hard time finding a "cordova" holster to go with this belt Call me simple, but if you carry "cordova" belts, why not carry "cordova" holsters, and other items so as to get the full use out of this belt?

As the title reads, the Pearce Grip PGPG12 Grips are a great addition to your Para-Ordnance P12 double-stack .45 pistol! I also added these to a P13 and recommend them for any commander or officer size double-stack 1911 style pistol. They are a terrific aid to controlling recoil and getting back on target for follow up shots.

This DeSantis B02 1-3/4" Fancy Stitched Lined Belt is perfect for all my large frame handguns. Presently, I use it for a 5" 9mm M9, a 5" .45 1911, a 6" GP100, and a 6-1/2" Mdl. 629. While designed to fit the belt loops on traditional jeans, it's actually sturdy enough to wear over your dress belt, independent of the belt loops, when needed. However, at a full 1-3/4" wide, make certain your holsters are cut for this width; not all are.

Yes, as the title reads, these HKS 29M .44 Magnum 6 round S&W model 29/629 speedloaders do work as advertised. Of course, with the size of the .44 Magnum cartridge, these are big. But, with the right speedloader holders, carrying one or more of these on your belt for hunting or target shooting is a reasonable undertaking.

As a consumer who has purchased several DeSantis leather products, including holsters, belts, and magazine pouches, so far these are my first speedloader holders from DeSantis; and they're somewhat of a disappointment.

To begin, the three DeSantis speedloader holders I received are darker than pictured on Optics Planet's website; that's a plus. While advertised as being for the HKS 29M speedloader (.44 Special / .44 Magnum), even after adjusting the retention screws to the bottom holes, with six .44 magnum rounds (the ammo it's designed for), this holder grips the rounds so tightly they're pulled together and the projectiles are pressed against one another when not on a belt. This places considerable stress on the metal tabs that retain the cartridges in the speedloader, and could lead to failure.

Additionally, by design, to use this product the wearer slips the back half of the holder behind a belt, then closes two snaps over the belt; thus joining the two halves. The belt is then running through the middle of the holder, and the cartridges in the speedloader are inserted over the belt with half behind the belt, and half in front. If this sounds complicated, in the absence of written instructions from DeSantis, the consumer is left to figure this out for yourself.

However, the procedure above only works on belts up to 1-1/2" wide. As anyone with a .44 magnum revolver knows, to effectively support the weight of this 'N' frame revolver, you need at least a 1-3/4" wide "
