I have been looking for a shoulder rig for a couple of years now, and just couldn't bring myself to spend the money that manufacturers were asking on their websites.
After much "chatting" with AI during Google searches, I determined that DeSantis made one of the two best shoulder rigs out there, and also found that Optics Planet was carrying them at a lower price than what DeSantis was asking on their website. In fact the Optics Planet price was about half the manufacturers price. I jumped all over that!

The rig itself: very confortable to wear and relatively easy to put on. It's a little bit difficult to take off, but that's just a function of how well it fits. It conceals very well under a heavy flannel shirt and a little less well under a lightweight bowling shirt. It takes a lot of fiddling with the adjustments to get a good fit, but it's not hard to do. The holser itself fits my p365 like a glove. When I get a Beretta 92, I will order a holster from DeSantis for it. That's how much I like this rig. It also makes carryinig while driving a car a non-painful experience. I spend most of my carry time with an IWB holster at 4:00 and sitting in a car seat makes my gun dig into my right kidney. The shoulder rig eliminates that problem.
The only negative I can come up with is that when sitting down, like in an easy chair, it interferes with my cell phone case which I wear on the left side of my belt. It's a minor niggle and would probably happen with any shoulder holster.
