Knife is sharp and extra pointy for dagger work. The trainer fits in holder perfect and is equal in weight. Expertly fits on my carrier and has away to lash to other kit. Isn't made for throwing, but go nuts if you want. I painted my knife, still fits in sheath perfect. Sheath is hard case kydex with metal clip. No molly attachment but you can figure it out. Otherwise clip it to your pocket and don't poke yourself!

I primarily bought this for mounting optics for the purpose or ELR cool guy stuff. But, I've used it on every fire arm so far. I know this product is used by pros. Wish I would have bought the bigger kit!
