simmons makes the best scope for a cheap price that is waranteed fog proof and shock proof and water proof.
for 100 yard you got a good picture
out to 300 yards its still ok, not the best but better than iron sights and it handles AR15 recoil no problem

Ergo Barrel Nut Shims - 4 Pack
these shims are easily bent so be careful handling them so as to not crease them or put a fold in them like i did,
but i screwed the barrel nut tight and i don not think it will make a difference if you are able to flatten it out

It is a basic black color which matches the finish on my upper
it lies up with my upper top rail
its not too heavy this short lenght
the barrel nut and set screw is included

it is made of steel with a good black shiny finish,
the pinandthe set screws are included which saves you 4 dollars
it arrived pretty quickly
i would get more
