It failed at every claim. When it DID ACTUALLY CYCLE a round without a failure, it didn’t do much better than a regular H3 buffer. As far as it being “quieter” it definitely doesn’t have the normal twang sound but its loud and annoying in another way. While shooting, walking, moving, just handling the AR it’s constantly sliding and rattling in the buffer tube, it makes noise when you just handle the gun due to it not having the normal constant pressure up against the back of the tube and the retainer pin like a normal buffer weight+spring. It’s quite a bit more stiff and you can feel the action struggling to go thru the full firing motion . Save your money get a super 42 or a spring co, or if you just really want something similar to this BUT actually proven, just spend the extra money and get the JP

Fit and finish is excellent. Installation was a breeze, i literally installed this in like 2 mins. Once secured with the screw and a little blue loctite it’s secure and locked in place with zero movement. This magwell ONLY WORKS WITH the factory 20rd mags, springer precision basepads, and Floyds customs basepads. NOT THE 17/15rd factory mags, you either need the 20rd or an aftermarket basepad for the 17/15rd mags. I absolutely love the finishing this magwell added to an already impressively looking grip module.

I’ll start by saying it DOES WORK as intended, but is it worth the price tag? Not so much in my opinion, but I’m not saying this because of the quality or function of it, because it does for sure tame the snappy hellcat. So here’s why i say this, I’ve tried this comp and also the Strike Industries Micro QUAD comp on the same hellcat with the same exact setup and ammo and i honestly think the Strike Industries Micro QUAD comp provided a little less felt recoil and i acquired/stayed on target a bit more than with the Herrington Arms comp after shooting a continuous 5 round group. I have pretty good technique, I’ve been shooting micro handguns and full size handguns for years so it definitely wasn’t my technique or I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference to begin with. All in all the Herrington Arms comp definitely tames the felt recoil but not enough to pay almost double the price of the Strike Industries Micro QUAD comp because it’s extremely effective in its on right for around $50.

This fit my Primary arms SLX perfect. I combined this with the different spacer mounts that came with the SLX and this fit perfect like it was a oem part. I like to swap between different optic systems for different situations and this makes that very simple. Very sturdy, high quality, and it locks in place perfectly snug. My SLX held zero with no issues after 200rds shot with mount installed

Good quality for the price, holds up nice. Use it for practice with 556, 9mm, so far so good.

Holosun puts out some high quality, reliable, cost friendly (not cheap, but not overly expensive) optics. I have holosuns on 4 different hand guns and this is my 3rd 507k. The 507k is my favorite, it’s been 100% reliable and has stayed zeroed since i first mounted it.

I purchased this red dot due to reviews and it being budget friendly and the fact that it mounted directly to my hellcat pro. The quality is OK at best, But after 5 months and close to 1000rds this optic RANDOMLY completely stopped working. I never dropped it, banged it on anything, never exposed to water or extreme heat, and it still just completely stopped working. The price is attractive but not worth trying to save money if it’s going to die within 5 months and now i have to spend more money to replace it. I have holosun 507k’s and 507c’s on all of my other guns and I’ll stick to Holosun for now on they’ve been reliable for 3+ years now. Don’t waste your money on this budget friendly optic you’ll end up needing to replace it.

This thing is high quality and has an amazing rubber grip texture. The angle and finger placement grooves are perfectly placed. This is BY FAR the best one I’ve purchased out of 4 different brands, types, and angles. It naturally fits in my hand perfectly, i no longer experience discomfort or fatigue in my hand and wrist due to the angle and hand placement. This is for sure worth every penny. The added thumb rest with the QD sling mount is a cool added feature and it helps with gripping the rifle in nice and tight to lock it into your hand/shoulder.
