I pre-ordered the green laser model for my Sig P365 and eagerly awaited for it to become available. Installation was a breeze and fit the P365 really well. Unfortunately activation of the switch is poor, extremely poor. It’s not that the switch isn't sensitive because it is, the issue is the location. When gripping as hard as I can it will sometimes flicker on/off and when I go to squeeze the trigger it goes off more times than not. All my Crimson Trace lasers stay on positively when gripped, no issues. I checked the Sig forums and noticed people had shimmed behind the switch to bring it further out because they were experiencing the same issue. I tried this and not only did it put a big ugly gap, but it did not help my situation. As far as I am concerned this was poor R&D on Sig’s part. A redesign should be made to bring the activation switch out by making the pad area thicker. Two stars, because it looks nice/fits well and would be ok for range only if you can deal with the inconsistencies, but not in a situation where you would expect it to work and it doesn’t.
