spring is longer than mil spec forsure
Written on Apr 25, 2026
Can tell this is better just by the spring but my DB-15 didn’t have a insert installed AND I lost the one that came in the BCM 1-pack smh guess we’ll see how it goes unless I pay for the 3 pack (probably will)
spring twang sound is gone

Not only the buffer/spring sound gone but is noticeably smoother when racking the charging handle
No shots fired yet but am expecting it to be really good

Review for
Geissele Super Stainless Mag Catch
Db-15 comes with cmmg hardware and this Geissele mag catch noticeably is smoother but the cmmg bolt catch might have been one turn too tight too. Either way I’m happy and have a spare for another build !
nice for the price

Looks perfect on my DB-15 beats the heck out of the mil spec charging handle
