I bought this so I don't have to use the sling attachment point on the bottom of my fixed a2 buttstock. Matched this product with a front site post sling attachment and is good to go. When I let go of the rifle when it's slung over my shoulder it never wants to flop upside down anymore. Watched a quick YouTube video to make sure I was installing it right and it is on and I like it a lot.
