Underwood Ammo 9mm Luger +P+ 147 Grain Full Metal Jacket Nickel Plated Brass Cased Pistol Ammunition
I've shot this Underwood 9mm +P+ 147gr ammo for a couple of years now. It runs perfectly in my CZ Checkmate, no problems. It actually shoots pretty soft as well. I shoot it in bowling pin shoots and it takes the 3.5lb pins off the table with no problem. Pricey it is certainly, no matter where you buy it. But it's a specialty ammo that does what I need it to and I don't run any more rounds than I have to. If you need a 9mm with some horsepower, this will do it for you.

Why spend more than you need to? I've used Aero Precision uppers for many, many rifles and always go to my favorite (no forward assist) when choosing an upper to drop on the lower. I've used 'em and will continue to do so until circumstances dictate otherwise, but I'm not anticipating that in the foreseeable future. No unexpected dimensional problems, nice fit & finish... what else can you ask for?

Strike Industries AR Enhanced Bolt Catch
As good as any of the other enhanced bolt catch / stops out there, that cost significantly more. I've used most of the others, and for the money, I'll stick to this brand, this style. Not too big, not too small. Well made and packaged. I use 'em and if they didn't work, I wouldn't use them.
