Much Smoother, and the trigger weight I was looking for. Just dry fired so far, but dramatic improvement.
Instructions aren't perfect (video does in a different order, and both skip a step or two), but well worth the price and effort.
I haven't had any of the ejection or other issues this is supposed to correct, so can't comment on those.

Description indicates it works for M-LOK, but that hardware is not included.

I bought this on the premise it would work for M-LOK, since the description indicates that. However; M-LOK hardware is not included. Only KeyMod and picatinny. If you look closely at the instructions, it refers to separate M-Lok bolts & nuts, but they were not included.
Without going into detail, the Keymod bolts & nuts do not work.
Note that I like the design otherwise. It seems like it would work well if I could only attach it to my M-Lok rail. I would like to keep it if I could get the proper M-Lok hardware. However; without that, it is not much use to me. :(
