Purchased my light to mount on my home defense shotgun, which is an A300 UP. It came with a pressure pad, batteries, mounting options, and of course the light itself. Ive used Streamlight before. I use an HLX handheld for my work as a diesel mechanic. Ive left that light on top of customers vehicles, dropped it while working atop a trailer, and its never really giving me any ssues. The light sometimes flickers but the light is also 8 years old so my tailcap is probably in need of replacement. That being said, I didn't use the mounting options provided in the kit. I went with an Arisaka defense offset mount. The light itself works great. Comes default in a high setting and 2 tap for strobe. You can do away with this, by tapping the switch 10 times and choosing one of the 3 different programs. Ive done a couple of training classes with it, and its held up really well. The light also is able to be run off 2-123 batteries or a rechargeable 18650.
