I haven't gotten out to the range to break in this barrel; however, if it shoots as good as it looks and fits it will be a tack driver. I paired it with a wilsons combat upper and lower set. The fit was very nice. Seems like a good purchase.

I've started using these on all my AR builds. They do not use the standard pin and E-clip. It has a spring loaded pin on one side and a fixed pin on the other. Just press the spring loaded pin and snap the cover in place. One side note. This cover is thicker than the standard metal covers. If you are putting it on a billet upper, you may have some clearance issues.

I think I have thee sets of these. When I'm shooting a shot gun they let me get my cheek weld low with out interfering like like ear muffs would. I use them in conjunction with ear muffs when shooting pistols. They really help cutting down the percussion if someone is shooting in the lane beside of you.

I added this light to my every day carry. It provides enough light to see in the trunk or to find my keys or to see down some dark stairs. It is also small enough to carry in my pocket without notice. I like the USB charging system. One thing to note. I clip it beside my knife and the finished has been scratched off. Still works great, just doesn't look new.

Review for ATN X-Sight-II 3-14x SmartHD Day/Night Rifle Scope

I just got my ATN X-Sight a few days ago and haven't put it on a gun yet. However, I took it out at night in my field and was surprised by how well it worked. Now without an IR illuminator you won't see much, but as soon as you turn on the additional illumination. All I know is coyotes better hide!
