it's short, fat, and angled with a tacky rubber texture. To my eyes it looked a bit goofy on my gun, like a dwarfed tommy gun foregrip.

If you are going for a Black and Red "Gucci" build to take to the range or do some light target shooting, this is a great addition.
If you plan on doing drills or actually using the gun in a real life situation, maybe pass.
It's got great fit and finish, it switches on and off super easily, which is also the problem. My thumb seems to toggle this thing constantly. just brushing it switches the gun to safe. I'm switching it for something with a more traditional design that my thumb can't toggle so easily by accident.

Looks ok, feels ergo with the finger grooves.
But... I could not get it to stay on, used Locktite blue on the one screw and tried to get it tight enough but it just kept coming off during firing the gun. It got to the point that I was stripping the very tiny allen screw and it still wasn't tight enough to stay on. Ended up losing it during transport from the field before I could return it.

Never heard of the brand but this upper was less than half what others i was looking at were. Pre matched parts make it pre tuned basically.
It also has some sweet weight reducing milling. So far it cycles 300 supers right out of the box on the lower from another gun running a carbine buffer.
