I have one for my SP5K and one for my MAC5.
for me it was easy and quick to mount on both guns
about 2k rounds trough each gun with them on and so far no issues.

Choate Tool H&K Mp-5 Folding Stock
Used it for an actual SP5K and not a clone
Once it`s on the gun doesn`t cycle anymore. had it send in and received a replacement and same thing happened.
Gun works fine with any braces, OEM endcap and other stocks.
for some reason I received the lemon twice.
Opticsplanet can`t refund it because it`s a warranty issue and Choate is refusing to do anything about it because I didn`t buy it on their website so they say it`s their "vendors issue"
If you buy it I hope it works for you because i just threw 160 bucks away
