Did not know if I would like a medal stock but it rocks, solid know flex and at 65 inch lbs torque it should not ever loosen, with the Savage mark 2 Fvs with accu trigger and bull barrel it I believe would out shoot the Ruger precision rifle, mind you the stock in its self is within 100 to 150 of what the whole Ruger precision cost and I am a Ruger fan but could not find one in stock a decent price so basically made me a Savage Precision rifle, took this and SWFA SS scope 12x and it shoots under a inch at 100 with wolf match or S&K ammo, and just big hole at 50 not bad for 22 LR.
Son Made a pistol grip on 3D printer and used a Mission First adjustable stock no check riser needed line up perfect and sometimes you can haggle with Optics Planet and get discounts if yo call did not this time should have tried but already 60.00 cheaper than MDT
