My first one was defective. This is where Armalaser's outstanding customer service came into play. I called the number, and right away a new one was sent, no questions asked, along with a prepaid return label to return the old one. I installed the new one and it works very well. Good product, strong laser light, easy to operate. Fits the gun well. Nice and tight. I will probably buy another one.
