Can't cut even and HUGE variance

First I dialed it in to 1.750, followed the instructions to the T. It cut my brass to 1.749-1.750 for the first few.
Then I noticed it cutting a lot more, checked and it was cutting to 1.740, took the spring out and tried it again, still got the huge variance.
It doesn't even cut the brass evenly, one side is lower than the other.
Do not buy this product, it will ruin your brass.
